Esta guía procede de la propia app y está en inglés, como la app por ahora, para que cada botón se nombre exactamente como aparece en pantalla.
The Learning tab keeps your study sessions by field, times them while you work, and watches the two things the evidence says matter most: the gaps between sessions and the self-tests inside them. It links to your notes, so what you studied is one tap from what you wrote.
Start here
Name your fields, time the sessions, and end each with a test.
Log the first session with its field
Log opens the study composer; give the session a field (the subject or course) and a duration. The Fields chip then breaks your hours down by field, so you can see which one is being starved.

End every session with the book closed
Before you save, write what you can recall, or count the self-tests you did, in the notes. Retrieval is the highest-utility technique in the reviews, and the count is the number worth adding to every log.

Link the notes
The Related notes chip shows the journal folders bound to your fields, so a session and its notes live together. Bind a folder to a field once and the chip fills itself.

Read the strip, then ask why
The line under the action row is one research-backed tip chosen for your own numbers. Tap Why to read the fuller finding, the studies behind it with links, and the reason this tip was picked today.

Tune the strip to you
Settings under Why sets how often the tip changes (every visit, once a day, once a week), pins it to one theme, or turns it off for this tab alone.

Logging well
Field, hours, and the two things the research counts.
Log spaced sessions as separate entries
Three short sessions on three days beat one long one of the same total, and the tab can only see the spacing if each session is its own entry. The plus on a day in the list adds a session to the day it happened.

Note what was interleaved
When a session mixed problem types or topics, say so in the notes. It feels worse and tests better, and the note is how you will remember that the messier sessions were the productive ones.

Use a routine for the session shape
The Routines chip holds a checklist you run with Play: phone in another room, closed-book recall of last time, the new material, a self-test, the next session in the calendar. The shape is what the evidence favours; the routine makes it the default.

Start against Log
Start times the session as you study; Log records one afterwards.
Start when you sit down
Start opens the session with a running timer: the in-progress chip appears in the action row, the Clock pill and the phone strip show it, and it reads Resume while paused. Pause for the short breaks the vigilance studies favour and the timer stays honest.

Log the sessions you did not time
Log opens the full form with a blank duration for the lecture you sat or the reading you did on the train. Both paths make the same entry.

Goals and habits
Hours a week, sessions a week, and the habit of the closed book.
Set the goal in sessions as well as hours
New goal inside Goals is prefilled for learning. Hours a week keeps the volume up, but a goal in sessions a week is the one that enforces spacing, because it cannot be met with one long Sunday.

Make the self-test a habit
On the Habits tab, add a habit for one closed-book test a day and tick it. The retention gain over rereading is about half again a week later, and the habit is what makes the test happen when the session was tiring.

Put the review sessions in the calendar
The Calendar takes the spaced reviews an exam needs: the day after, a week later, a month later. Spacing has to be scheduled rather than hoped for, and a session created from the calendar lands on this tab when it is done.

Reading your numbers
Sessions, Hours and Fields, and the gap the strip watches.
Hours and sessions this week
The stat card counts sessions this week, hours this week and the fields touched. The strip reacts to weeks under three hours and, more importantly, to more than three days without a session, because that is where forgetting overtakes the benefit of spacing for most material.
The honest gauge
None of the numbers on the card measures what you know. The closed-book test a day after studying does, and retesting a week later gives the number that predicts the exam; keep those questions and their scores in the linked notes.
Look across tabs in Statistics
Statistics under Functions › Analysis puts your study hours beside every other aspect: What stands out lists the strongest links and drifts this period, Forecast says where the metric lands a week out at this pace, and Guidance names the aspect whose numbers are weakest.

The agent and automations
What the agent can do with this tab, and what runs without you.
Ask the agent about this tab
Open the Agent under Functions › Analysis, or press the a key on the web, and ask in plain words: "Which field has gone longest without a session, and when should the next review of it be?". The agent reads this tab only while the Learning switch under May read is on, and the Context panel shows exactly what it was sent.
Dónde: Agent › Settings
Let it suggest, then decide
Anything the agent wants to add or change lands in Suggestions with an accept or reject on each item. Under Does on its own you can let a kind of change apply straight away; bulk edits always show a preview and keep an undo for a day.
Dónde: Agent › Settings
Put the routine on Autopilot
Autopilot runs the Morning plan, Evening tidy, Weekly review and Drift nudges while the app is open, each with its own time, instruction and Apply without asking switch; Add a job makes one of your own, such as a learning check every Sunday.

Get the week by email
Email automations in Settings sends a weekly or daily digest with the strongest links, drifts and goal paces across every tab, and can alert you once when something is slipping or when this tab goes quiet for three days.
